The Administrative Department is housed in the Municipal Building at 10141 Woodlawn Blvd. It is led by the Municipal Manager, who is assisted by the Office Administrator and various other contract and employee support services. Human Resources, Employment, Information Technology/Network Administration, all fall under the umbrella of the Administrative Department.

Hamilton County Development Company (HCDC) leads our economic development efforts and provides resources to our businesses for growth and development. The Mission of the Public Works Department is to provide community maintenance services to the Village of Woodlawn and its residents. We ensure the safe movement for both vehicular and pedestrian travel, and to oversee the efficient operation of the recycling program. We offer quality, effective and efficient service to our vibrant and active community. The mission of the Village of Woodlawn Tax Department is to enforce the Village Tax Code by collecting an earnings tax, assisting taxpayers in the preparation of tax returns, administering tax refunds in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate taxpayer records for the taxpayers.
